Peak Forest Angling Club was founded in 1861 and is one of the oldest fishing clubs in the world.  Since it was formed it has fished and managed the river Noe and its tributaries in the Hope Valley, which sits in the Peak District National Park.

By joining our distinguished club you will gain access to over ten miles of secluded trout streams running through the heart of the best scenery Derbyshire has to offer.  The Noe and its tributaries is one of the few rivers to have a natural breeding population of rainbow trout, with some of the best wild brown trout fishing going.  Through the winter months you can try your hand at a spot of grayling fishing.  We may be biased but we do believe we have the best fishing in the land and at amazingly good value.  We are not elitist and we want our members to enjoy their fishing whilst respecting their quarry and surroundings.

p.s. If catching a lot of big fish is for you, then we probably are not.  We enjoy every fish we catch and the challenge they pose.  It is an ideal club to transition from novice to master.
